We here at Auckland Property Management Ltd strongly believe that the service we provide is very unique for these times. We have always focused on employing individuals who have real life experience – so in other words the members of our Body Corporate team aren’t merely number crunchers. The knowledge and experience they possess enables them to better appreciate and understand our clients’ concerns and needs.
Our office personnel support our Body Corporate Managers to ensure complete professionalism in all of the services we provide. We encourage our managers to personally become familiar with every complex they manage and to have enough time to visit each property on a regular basis.

We provide a comprehensive range of services that are customized to suit each Body Corporate’s individual requirements. With more than 60 years worth of combined experience it is more than fair to state that in terms of the Body Corporate industry our Body Corporate Mangers are experts.
Each of our Managers is thorough familiar with the Building Act, Unit Titles Regulations 2011 and Unit Titles Act 2010. Some of our administration team and managers have worked for Auckland Property Management since the very firs day. This has enabled us to build a strong foundation of excellence that is based on trust, expertise and experience.

Transparency and trust are what have helped us accomplish this. We have been able to build trust with our clients through provide them with excellent service throughout the entire relationships, and through managing any issues that might occur.
In addition our Body Corporate portals have helped us achieve our aim to build trust through transparency – since our clients are able to see all of the details on their current account, including AGM minutes, budget details and other documents, insurance information and their balance sheet.
