Hawkes Bay delivers great Chardonnay year after year, grown in the free draining soils near the Ngaruroro River; this Un Oaked Chardonnay has under gone a cool, controlled fermentation process in stainless steel to maximize aroma and flavour. This Unoaked Chardonnay has lifted and lively citrus aromas and characteristics of crisp lime and lemon softening to pineapple on the palate.

This predominant Merlot is a wine of contemporary style that shows excellent ripe fruit, balance and complexity with aromas of Dark plum, berry, and mocha chocolate. Ripe plums and blueberry, fine 'coffee char' oak fill the palate with soft tannins, finishing with lingering ripe plum and spice flavours.
